Lifetime Delight

Get comfortable sitting down criss-cross applesause, or on a seat. Keep your back straight, but not stiff. Once ready say in your mind, I am closing my eyes and relaxing my body, relaxing my mind. Take ten slow deep breaths and let your breathing deepen naturally without forcing.   Raise your awareness, for the next17 breaths, to a point, 6-10" above your head staying focused on calm soothing relaxation. Then, let your awareness descend down to the top of your head, the middle of your forehead and lastly to your throat. Golden light begins to radiate, linking all the points and filling in your aura. Say in your mind and breathe the liquid golden light in, through and around your body sitting criss-cross applesauce or in the chair; the more I clean what I feel inside, the more I can receive inspiration from the Divine. There is either Memory or Inspiration and usually, it's Memory (data); there is nothing else to do but clean. If you do the cleaning and align with Zero, you will step into your freedom.           
Take as many more deep breaths as you need, keeping your awareness on the golden rays filling you as you welcome the Divine to live through. You will stand as a living expression of the Divine. You will express the Divine in all you do.
Take 2 more deep breaths. A pink-colored rose emanates outwards from your heart. Without hurrying, your awareness continues now moving down into the belly region from your heart. Here, a cobalt blue sphere begins radiating. With your awareness on the pink rose in your heart, and the cobalt blue sphere at your belly say or think to yourself, "Let any thought that arises simply pass through. Should a memory appear on the screen of my mind, something that happened to me, whatever the scene is – I put myself there in the moment to reconnect it to my Divine Spark.” Breathe deeply and silently while repeating this 17 times, “Thank you – I love you – Please forgive me – I am sorry,” and welcoming calm, soothing relaxation.
 "Thank you – I love you - Please forgive me – I am sorry – My intention is to get to Zero – The place where the Divine lives through me." Practice this twice a day.



 When you're ready, let your awareness gently rise from your stomach up to about 6-12 inches above your head reconnecting there the cobalt blue sphere, the radiant rose-pink sphere, and, the liquid radiant golden light sphere. Recall the four phrases. ...and releasing the garbage that's between you and the Divine, transmuting the occlusions through love, forgiveness, and gratitude, receive this profound gift from Divine Source—the ability to thoroughly evaluate impressions, thoughts and the feelings you encounter with a practice of Ho'oponopono. Draw in the all-Highest Divine Light to guide your and gently return giving your legs a little tap, stretching or wiggling your fingers and toes. 
Jot down any inspiration or insights you picked up during this meditation.
